Happy to get appointment first thing next morning, when I called . They said up to 2hrs front rotor/ brakes .while i was out set up financing and about 2hrs back to shop , not finished yet so added back brakes rotors plus 2 flushes, transmission and brake.. Desk clerk let tech know.done in another 1hr 45 mins collected my keys was on road get a call from them saying back brakes weren't done can I bring it back. Miscommunication about adding additional services. Guys were pleasant helpful , did recieve an apology from tech .requested desk clerk physically check all items were done before i leave next time. He said yes/ all done. I decided to check my fluids. Brake leaking from cap full to top. all other fluids at levels I left them before appointment , did not check transmission. Hopefully brakes were bled properly, brake fluid can cause errosion of wires / pressure build up pushes brake pads against rotors and faster wear. Sent picture of fluid overfill back to them asked them to be careful. Total time there about 5&1/4 hrs. Recieved coupons/ discounts with all services bundled was happy with that. The steering and suspension feel great. The price for repairs was fair. Not a massive amount of labor charges like at a dealership. My only reason for giving this a 3 is the brake replacement was not tested. My brakes now are scraping and super squeaky. Definitely bringing my car back to get this fixed. //Update- brought my car in. Techs knew exactly what the problem was. They corrected both front brakes and tested it. Great hustle too! I was in and out in 10 minutes!

I would like to start off by saying first of all Javier has been amazing and always has taken care of any issues that I've had with my 2015 Mustang but with that said I am really upset after spending so much on my tires and spending so much in the shop I've come across this issue. When I had my car's tires rotated about 4 months 5 months ago whenever it was they rotated my directional tires incorrectly on the front I've had to bring it back twice because my car seem to be pulling to the right and they were adjusting my alignment I found out about 4 days ago got my tires were incorrectly installed I brought it back to Midas and they switch the tires where they belong now my car pulls to the left while researching it I found out that my car is pulling because of the fact that the tires were installed incorrectly and has caused improper wear on my tires I would like to have somebody take care of this I feel that Midas owes me two brand new tires for the front end of my car my tires were not cheap and there was hardly any wear on my car I hardly have driven my car in the last 8 months but now my car is pulling I will be bringing it back and I want somebody to take care of this issue ev

I had a great experience at Midas and couldn’t be happier with the service. I brought in my Ford F-150 for rear brakes, an oil pan gasket repair, and an oil change. I had repairs done on different cars at Midas in Chula Vista and always received great service. Javier, the manager, explained everything clearly, found the right parts, and the work comes with a warranty. The entire team is professional, friendly, and very helpful. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them.🌟
